Terms & Conditions

The basic terms for using this website and information about our remote CCTV monitoring services.

Effective date: October 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the CCTV Monitorings website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Separate written service terms or a customer agreement may apply to monitoring services and will govern where applicable.

2. Website Information and Quotes

Website content is provided for general information about our remote CCTV monitoring services. Submitting a quote request does not create a customer relationship, guarantee acceptance, or commit either party to a service. Any quote is subject to confirmation of scope, availability, access requirements, pricing, and applicable service terms.

3. Remote Monitoring Services

CCTV Monitorings provides remote monitoring services for business camera systems where access is authorized and the relevant arrangements have been agreed. Service scope, monitoring hours, communication methods, reporting, response procedures, and fees should be confirmed in writing for each customer.

Service delivery may depend on the customer's cameras, internet connection, power supply, system configuration, access permissions, and other third-party infrastructure. Interruptions or limitations in those systems may affect visibility and service availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must have the rights and authority needed to provide access to their camera systems and to arrange monitoring of their sites. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including privacy, employment, surveillance, signage, and data-protection requirements; informing affected people where required; and maintaining their cameras, network, power, and access permissions.

Customers should provide accurate site and contact information, promptly notify us of changes affecting access or monitoring, and use appropriate secure methods when sharing credentials. Do not submit camera passwords or other sensitive access credentials through the public website form.

5. No Guarantee of Prevention or Continuous Availability

Remote CCTV monitoring is intended to help customers observe activity and receive reports or alerts within the agreed scope. It cannot guarantee that theft, damage, misconduct, emergencies, or other incidents will be prevented, detected, or reported in every case. Camera blind spots, image quality, connection failures, delays, human error, and events outside our control may affect monitoring.

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, our service is not a substitute for emergency services, on-site security personnel, alarm systems, or the customer's own safety and incident-response procedures. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

6. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading information, or use website content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's branding, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or used with permission by CCTV Monitorings. You may view the website for personal or internal business reference, but may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit its content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may refer to third-party websites, software, camera systems, or communication services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation and Changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these website terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The effective date above indicates when this version was published. Specific service obligations and liability terms, if any, should be set out in the applicable written customer agreement.
